YOUR
QUESTIONS
ASK US ANYTHING
What is copyright and who holds it?
This stuff can be really complex. Basically, copyright is a statement on who owns the images. As the photographers, ''Sarah Salotti Photography' will continue to own the images. Put simply, your package includes a licence (i.e. permission) for you to use the images for all non commercial purposes. You can print the images and share them and publish them on social media. Basically, what you can't do is use an image for a commercial purpose without telling us. If a Bridal company want to buy one of your images to use on a billboard campaign we would be really chuffed but we would need a cut!
How do we book?
We require a deposit of £300 to secure your date. A signed contract and booking form is emailed to you. When you sign the contract get it back to us and your date is in our calendar. No other work or weddings will be taken on your day.
Do you do everything yourselves, or do you outsource any aspect of the process?
Everything from the first meeting up until the final delivery is done by us. We don't outsource anything as we choose to put our personal touch on what you have invested in.
How far are you prepared to travel to photograph our wedding?
We are happy to go anywhere. We have photographed many weddings all over the UK, and experienced our first destination wedding abroad in Spain last year. This is something we love to do, and with Marco's family background and our love of the food and wine, Italy would be perfect! If this is something you are considering, wherever in the world it may be, get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We have public liability insurance and have full photographers business insurance.
When is our final payment due?
We ask for the final balance to be paid four weeks before your wedding day. An invoice of the payment breakdown is sent to you on booking.
