Mythe Barn in Leicestershire Wedding | Gina & Craig

Great to be back at Mythe Barn for the wedding of Gina & Craig. One thing was clear about these two and their special day and that was that family is such a big thing; their close family ties really shone through. So many tiny people guests zooming around including their cute little boy Harrison. He was at the centre of it all and even had an impromptu hug for his mum as she walked down the aisle with her emotional dad.

Along with her bridesmaids, flower girls and page boy, Gina started the getting ready process at her home in Leicester; all styled wonderfully by Bettie Lottie and Katie from Aqua with beautiful bouquets by Eve Lily. Looking a million dollars they left for Mythe Barn in matching dressing gowns. THE dress by Nicola Anne Bridal with a flowery delicate lace bodice and pockets totally finished off Gina’s beautiful bride look. Craig and his team readied themselves at the Best Man’s house just a few minutes away from Gina. With no fuss the boys polished up nicely, donning smart blue jackets, grey trousers and waistcoats. Having recorded this transformation, we were really grateful that the lads were happy to wander around Mythe Barn and make use of the working farm as a backdrop.

A beautiful service was delivered in a room full of happiness and a totally beaming couple. A live duo sang them back up the aisle to tears a plenty from the guests. Magic. Mingling, and enjoying the most delicious food was the theme of the day. Brilliant speeches were followed by Craig knocking his speech out of the park. Gina and Craig joined us for little snippets here and there and the most was made of the gorgeous surroundings of Mythe Barn. Despite the fact that almost every time we went outside it rained they were both still absolutely up for it with Gina using her Bouquet as an umbrella at one point to stay dry! It was great to see how much fun and happiness they bought to their relationship. I left everybody having a fun time on the dance floor with Paul Martin doing his thing with some decks and a saxophone!

It was quite simply a beautiful day which pointed out the simple things in life, love, family and friends. With that mix you aren’t going to go far wrong. Thank you Mr and Mrs McLaren for making our day. Everybody, and most importantly you two, looked like they were having a great time!
Congratulations on a fabulous day, boom! Xxx
