What a wonderfully chilled out wedding and as always it was a real privilege to be part of a couples nuptial journey. I met with Sarah and Anthony a good year ago and it wasn’t until a couple of weeks before their big day that we found out that they had recently celebrated the safe arrival of their baby girl making a wonderful family of 4. Sometimes having young children aroundon your wedding day can add extra stress but Sarah was one of the most chilled out brides ever. Their whole fabulous day was set in and around the beautiful modern grounds of Mythe Barn, with both Bride and Groom getting ready on site but in clearly defined and separate parts of the complex. It was a Sunday sandwiched in between two very wet days, they had an absolute joy as their day was wall to wall sunshine.
Watching Sarah get into her dress was the most unique thing ever and a great tip for anybody who buys an over the head dress . . . shower cap over her hair and face! Worked a treat and she emerged regal and tranquil in her unique and stunning Oyster lace dress from Noble + Wright Atelier. Her bouquet of hues of pinks and greens from Hollie Fox Flowers perfectly complimented the subtle tones. Anthony was waiting patiently in front of the big arched windows at Mythe Barn, looking smart in a 3 piece blue suit. A wonderful ceremony followed, made even more personal with them both saying their own vows and expressing their true happiness. Family obviously means the world to Sarah and Anthony and the day progressed in a lovely relaxed tone with games provided for guests to play. Just before dinner and speeches it was lovely to explore the venue with the happy Bride and Groom and witness their great bond; it was clear to see that as a couple they smile and laugh at so many things.
Fab chemistry and oodles of happiness set the atmosphere; your guests and family were all a joy to be around. We had a fantastic time, thank you! Wishing you a lifetime of loveliness ahead Mr & Mrs Phillipson! xx
