Prestwold Hall in Leicestershire Wedding | Chloe & Phil

Put the sweetest Bride and the loveliest Groom together and this is what you get. The most perfect day at the beautiful Prestwold Hall.

Chloe & Phil were married a couple of weeks ago at St Andrews Church in the grounds of Prestwold Hall. Chloe had started her day off in the homely surroundings of the couples house in Nottingham, she had a great set up in the kitchen with make up artist Caroline Barnes and Mon Amie hair stylist doing their thing; and doing it bloomin’ well. Chloe is a twin and Laura her sister was to play a massive part in her day and was fabulously leading the trio of maids. There was so much prettiness in the details of the day, especially from the talented Big Day blooms and cakes; it was a photographer’s dream. Chloe stepped in to her Jesus Peiro full skirt dress, with long delicate lace sleeves and looked stunning,  like royalty with her girl gang in tow in an on trend beautiful two piece. Phil had the delights of Prestwold Hall to spend his morning in, putting the finishing touches to his outfit in the grooms suite with his big party of boys. All looking dapper and dressed in blue they headed down to the bar for drinks, whisky and breakfast before their meander to the Church.

I loved Chloe’s expression as she reached Phil standing at the altar, it really sums up the magic of their day. The ceremony was beautiful, with an outburst of laughter as the best man dropped the rings. Its always good for something to break the tension! They poured out of the Church to a mass of beautiful petals and an aisle of guests. After which, Bride and Groom led their friends and family down the lane back to Prestwold Hall, for drinks, canapés and a good catch up.

It was wonderful to have snippets of time during their day to escape with them to use the wonders of the landscape of Prestwold. Back indoors, the dining room made for  a beautiful setting for their speeches, with a cameo performance from Chloe’s Grandee and twin Laura. The day concluded with bit of a wander to the woods in the dusky light of evening to make some more magic and then back to the Halln to party the night away.

Loved your love of everything . . . . especially your Siamese cat, the happiness you both radiated, your cute little white mice and your brilliant first dance song choice of “Praise You”.

Well done Mr & Mrs Goodall you truly smashed it! We wish you the happiest of happy ever afters.

Big thanks to Pete Fothergill for all the help and second shooting for me.
