Stapleford Park in Leicestershire Wedding | Jennie & Adam

The heatwave continues alongside our run of fantastic weddings; this time with Jennie and Adam. Bride and Groom got ready surrounded by their respective families and friends at separate locations in their home village of Kibworth. Into this lovely mix add two gorgeous children; Ava getting ready with the girls and Freddie over with the boys! It was obvious that this close family unit was going to feature large throughout the day. Always lovely as photographers when during the Bride and Groom’s preparations a surprise awaits us. Naturally stunning anyway, the refinement provided by Grace Benjamin Hair, Beauty by Amy and a beautiful strappy princess dress saw Jennie transform into a gorgeous Bride; as she left the house a throng of neighbours gathered to wish her well. Magic. After the boys had plucked and plumed their way to smartness they left their venue and headed to the Crouch Recovery site to pick up a handsomely painted gleaming Scania truck; the narrative on the truck depicting the history of this family business. Adam and Freddie made the rest of the journey to the Church in this vehicle and the spectacle of seeing the truck pull up and park outside the church was very unique. The service at St Wiflred’s Church was also slightly different as the Vicar replaced a poorly organist by singing and playing his guitar through the nuptials. Jennie’s radiant smile beamed throughout the service and out into the congratulations and confetti outside the church. The wedding party moved on to the impressive Stapleford Park to the sublime musical welcome of Harpist Soraya. First time we have shot at this venue in Melton and we were delighted with the variety of backdrops and settings. Candids, some mingling, a few groups shots and some portraits led us to the wedding breakfast. We normally let guests eat in peace but primed by the singing waiters we were ready to capture this extravagant mid course entertainment. Hilarious! Speeches concluded this part of the day and we all slipped into an evening of family games, music dancing where the bridal party really contributed to the atmosphere and fun. Selfishly during this time, we stole the Bride and Groom, their kids and the bridal party to make full use of the golden hour just as the sun began to set on this scorching day. Jennie and Adam a perfectly stress free day full of special moments and gorgeous people; we wish you a happy forever after and more. x.

p.s great to work with Hannah and Dan of Dan Dolan Films again! And yet again more gorgeous creations by Sophie’s Flowers.
