A truly colourful wedding at one of my favourite wedding venues in Leicestershire, Keythorpe Manor. It never fails to provide beautiful backdrops whatever the season. Bejal & Jaz’s wedding day was not only the coming together of two people but also of two religions Hindu and Muslim, naturally there were nerves but totally outweighed by the incredible amounts of joy. Bejal got ready in the little Bridal cottage snuggled in between the Barn where the ceremony was to take place and the marquee, their party space. Ideally not far to walk! Her outfit was a stunning mix of delicate golds with strong bold colours complimented by the flowers, sunflowers and pink roses. Even though this was quite a large indian wedding with lots of guests, to me it still felt like a calm and chilled out day. I’m assuming those vibes came from the newlyweds. Jaz and Bejal are so lovely together and very right for each other. It was great to take them away for cute portraits often dodging the rain, although for our last portrait of the day we embraced it; and boy was it worth it.
Love the fact that you feel like I’ve made you look like Bollywood stars!! Massively thankful to you beautiful humans for letting me into your lives and trusting me to photograph your story of your magical day!. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness. xxxx
