Keythorpe Manor in Leicestershire Wedding / Morgan & Kane

We’re really having the best few weeks with weddings, which is primarily down to the couples getting married. Morgan and Kane are one super cute couple who have been together since they were 15. I met them a good year ago and feel like I’ve been part of their journey over the last few months picking up on their excitement and nerves. This wedding took place a couple of weeks ago just before the heat wave kicked in and I am so pleased for them that the forecasted rain stayed away.

Their day mainly centred around Keythorpe Manor, a stunning family run venue set in the Leicestershire countryside, with a short trip out to Hallaton Church to tie the knot. Morgan got ready in the little cottage within Keythorpe surrounded by the important woman figures in her life; a fun loving atmosphere filled the room. By the time Morgan stepped into her dress she looked stunning with her hair loosely up in a low roll and her make-up flawless; colours emphasising the blueness of her eyes. Panic was starting to set in and the temperature was rising, doing the little buttons up on the back of the dress became a struggle!! But we got there.

Meanwhile, Kane alongside Best Man Ryan got ready in the couples home in Market Harborough. To be fair, everything was calm and running on time as the men prepared themselves with the occasional double check on speeches and rings. Kane and Ryan set off for Hallaton in a sweet blue sports car that he had very kindly borrowed off a friend. After a quick medicinal pint at the pub literally 2 mins from the Church first, Kane waited patiently at the Church for his Bride.

A beautiful church service followed, with some lovely personal stories about how the newlyweds got together. The walk up the aisle as Mr & Mrs, confetti, a few whoops and then back to Keythorpe for a mingle with their guests. What was so lovely about these two was they looked like they were enjoying every minute of it. Social butterflies stopping occasionally for the odd selfies here and there! But they also took plenty of time out with each other, creating some beautiful portrait opportunities. As the wind picked up, Morgan’s beautiful veil was just about managing to stay in place which made for a few stunning images.

Yummy food, brilliantly delivered speeches, a bit of dabbing, a smooch and a secret handshake in the barn led us into the evening. Set against the backdrop of a lit up LOVE, Mr & Mrs Harris took to the floor for their first dance and then pretty much didn’t leave it!

Congratulations you two on a gorgeous day! Thanks for choosing us to be part of it.

You look perfect together. Massive amount of love xx
